How does this work?
The system is very simple, just find the product on our website and claim the promo code. Follow the instructions to find the product on Amazon and use the code to get your discount!
I really like a product, how can i order more of them?
Just buy them full price on Amazon, you will be supporting the seller. Creating multiple accounts to claim more codes is not allowed on Zon Deals and it will get your account banned.
My account got banned, what?
Most of the time, accounts are banned because buyers do not respect the one Zon Deals account per household rule. The system is pretty good at detecting this, so just don't do it.
The Promo code does not work!
We try to make sure all the promo codes work, however in some cases codes expire or are not activated yet.
Can I get a new code if the previous one didn’t work?
We’re sorry, but we cannot give you a new code manually. Wait for the product to show up again an you should be able to claim a new code later on.
Can I use Zon Deals if I’m not from the US?
Unfortunately, no, we only support the US for now.
I do not have a cell phone.
Sorry, we only allow US cell phones to verify accounts. It is a protective measure.
Will I get a strike if I don’t use a coupon?
You do not have to worry about strikes anymore as we eliminated that feature.
I can’t find where to report my Order ID.
Click on My Claims and find your product. Click on the "Get Coupon" button to see your coupon and to report the Order ID.
Where can I find my Amazon Order ID?
You can find the Amazon Order ID in the confirmation email of your purchase and in your Amazon Orders Page. Your Order ID will look like 123-1234567-1234567.
I keep getting my account banned
We strongly suggest you do not use any kind of proxies, VPN's or any other IP-cloaking services. These can be easily detected and will result in banning of your account.
